    • You can book a session by contacting us through tapping the “Create Your Account” button featured on every page of the site. Once we receive your information, we’ll confirm the details and schedule your shoot at a time that works best for you.

  3. What areas do you serve?

    • We’re based in Las Vegas and serve the surrounding regions. This includes all of Henderson and Boulder City. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

  4. What should I expect during a property shoot?

    • During a property shoot, we’ll arrive early to prepare and ensure everything is staged perfectly. We capture high-quality images and videos of the property’s interior and exterior, using professional equipment. For drone shoots or virtual tours, we’ll coordinate to capture all the necessary shots and angles.

  5. How soon will I receive my photos and videos?

    • We aim to deliver high-quality, edited photos within the next business day of the shoot and videos within the next 1-2 days! THIS is the FASTEST turnaround time in the Las Vegas region. If you have a specific timeline, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  6. What is virtual staging, and how does it work?

    • Virtual staging is a process where we digitally furnish empty rooms to make them look more inviting and appealing to potential buyers. It’s a cost-effective way to help buyers visualize the space without needing physical furniture.

  7. Do you offer customized packages?

    • Yes, we understand that each property has unique needs, so we offer flexible packages that can be customized to include the exact services you need, whether it’s only photography, a full video tour, a social media reel, or a combination of services.

  8. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

    • We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

  9. How can I use the photos and videos provided?

    • Once delivered, you have the rights to use the photos and videos for your real estate listings, social media, and other marketing channels. We retain copyright but grant you full usage rights for promotional purposes.

  10. Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?

    • Yes, we offer special rates for clients who need media services for multiple properties. Contact us to discuss your needs, and we’ll create a package that provides the best value. We love partnering with brokerages and teams with no loss of quality in service.

    • We use professional-grade cameras, drones, and editing software to ensure that each shot meets high-quality standards.
